The joint study which is titled Criminal Law Provisions for the Prosecution of Competition Manipulation, evaluates important topics.

The joint study which is titled Criminal Law Provisions for the Prosecution of Competition Manipulation, evaluates important topics such as integrity of competitions, match-fixing offences from a comparative law perspective while it also focuses on establishing sustainable policies with the principles of good governance applied by public and private actors. Within the study, relevant legislation of 28 jurisdictions concerning match-fixing, corruption and bribery are put into spotlight along with disciplinary sanctions imposed by sports governing bodies. The study which has also assessed and evaluated relevant Turkish legislation, can be reached here.
